A plane crash December 12th 1985 at Gander, in Newfoundland, Canada, that claimed the lives of nearly 250 US servicemen, was the worst military air disaster in history. Flames were seen aboard the plane just before it crashed, yet the US and Canadian governments failed to reconstruct the crash scene, they ignored suggestions that the plane crash was an act of terrorism, and the US Army quickly buried the wreckage, then sealed the records regarding the crash for 70 years.

Then the head of the Los Angeles Police Dept. Bomb Squad, began investigating the report of a bomb aboard the aircraft. Detective Arleigh Eugene McCree was a counter-terrorism specialist, widely recognized as one of the top explosive experts in the world.

McCree connected the crash to the CIA and reported his findings to the federal government. Within a month, McCree and officer Ron Ball, his partner, were killed in a booby-trapped pipe bomb incident..

70% of the soldiers killed in the crash had aspirated smoke, yet no one survived the crash impact, so that means they breathed smoke before dying. Experts scientifically dismiss the US government's suggestion that soldiers aboard an Arrow Air DC-8 aspirated smoke from the violent crash. They believe a bomb on the plane was remotely triggered to prevent soldiers on the aircraft from blowing-the-whistle on an illegal covert mission to use a nuclear backpack (nuclear bomb) to destroy an Iraqi Nuclear Weapons Research Facility.

Our elected leaders must insist that we are told the truth, the records must be unsealed. The type of secrecy, when employed by the US government, only breeds more suspicion. More than 250 American families as well as the American public, need to know what happened.to the soldiers aboard the chartered military aircraft, a DC-8 (N950JW).

The public also needs transparency with regard to the deaths of the two LAPD bomb technicians, Arleigh McCree, and officer Ron Ball. The conviction of Donald Lee Morse, a North Hollywood television makeup artist convicted in the officer's deaths, also should be reviewed for the sake of history.
