The ATF is working on reclassifying the use of AR pistol braces. The DOJ has officially published this document titled Objective Factors for Classifying Weapons with “Stabilizing Braces” on December 18th, 2020.  In summary:The ATF is attempting to specifically classify firearms with Pistol Stabilizing Braces as possibly being regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and Gun Control Act (GCA). By re-defining braced pistols as a Short Barrel Rifle (SBR) are become heavily scrutinized, accrue additional costs on behalf of the buyer, and include registration as part of purchasing. The result of classifying Braced Pistols as NFA items will be a registry.

If passed it will make your pistol into a short barrel rifle which is a felony without the proper paper work and approval. If passed millions of Americans will become felons over night. This is just the beginning of getting the firearm registration and once you lose your rights you do not get them back. 

President Trump should work to stop this immediately and end this encroachment on the 2nd amendment.
