1. We Demand, in this critical time in order to save and protect lives, all Missourians shelter-in-place and stay at home to stop the spread of COVID-19.

2. We Demand, mobile testing centers (vans/buses) in each of Missouri's 114 counties in order to test all Missouri residents and to identify HOT SPOTS of COVID-19 across the state, especially medically undeserved communities. 

3. We Demand, the purchase of 12 million respirator masks and personal protective equipment (nose swabs, gowns, and test kits) every two weeks over a course of eight weeks for first responders, healthcare providers, and Missouri residents.
