Hello my name is Qadira Pyrene. I'm only 17 years old but I have a passion to fight for these magnificent animals. Wild mustangs are a symbol of Americas west. And I even believe they should be our country's animal. Were taught in history class that Mustangs are what saved America. Without them we would have had to rely on other breeds of horses. But as I know not all breeds of horses can run the same terain and go as far as a mustang can So therefore with out these horses. Americas wars would have taken dramatic turns. No to mention even our most famouse breeds of horses could not have done what the remarkable mustangs did. And even tho you can argue. We didnt have to use them, not all famouse war horses are mustangs. That doesnt matter. What matters is a majority of them were. And now instead of taking care of these horses, we are letting the blm take these horses off of the range and put them into holding pens without letting the run, with tiny cages for the muliple horses they put into these tempoary holding pens. And not enough food to make sure they are healthy. Not to mention. Theses horses are being stamped as a neisence to the wild! Where the belong, where they live and thrive just as much as any other wild animal. So they are removed for farmers. So we can raise meat and dairy cows on public lands. Instead of leaving them wild. If we the people let the government continue to catch these horses and put them into temporary holding pens where they have an unknown future they will go extinct. And I want my children and grandchildren to be able to go out on a hike. And see these horses that helped shape this nation running wild and free.
