On December 20th, 2021, myself and many others (who have been part of a fast-growing REAL grassroots movement to oust RINO "Left-Turn Vern" Buchanan, in favor of Primary candidate Martin Hyde) of the Florida District 16, learned that Former President Donald J Trump gave his endorsement to the RINO, Vern Buchanan.

On the "Libertyscore" website, Vern Buchanan has a GOP grade of an "F", voting 43.8% of the time against GOP-backed bills and with the democrats in the US Congress. He voted in favor of drafting women into the military through the National Defense Authorization Act, and voted to pass reforms to the NDAA without reforms to the Section 230 that provides immunity to Big Tech companies which act as editors instead of platforms. Vern voted against a bill to Stop Unconstitutional Abuse of Americans' Privacy; he voted to surrender on the Border Wall issue, and most egregious, he has voted numerous times FOR new Universal Background Checks for firearm purchases, as well as to essentially outlaw private firearm transfers.

Buchanan has been in Washington DC for 14 years, and is most-definitely a creature of the Swamp. In just a few short months, Martin Hyde has gained over twelve thousand (12K) supporters on his facebook page alone. Every week that passes, his events are growing larger and larger. People love the way he relates to the community, and he is never too busy to give his time and attention to anyone, and I mean ANYONE who wants to talk with him.

District 16 can no longer afford to send a RINO Republican House Representative to Washington DC, in order to cast our vote. WE CHOOSE MARTIN HYDE. And we would like for Donald J Trump to see why WE THE PEOPLE need Martin Hyde. DJT's endorsements are so incredibly powerful, and we feel the need to create this petition in order to correct the record, and hopefully the endorsement.
