The Trump administration has repealed acts that prevent barbaric hunting methods such as baiting out animals with grease soaked food, shining spotlights into mother bears and bear cubs eyes while they’re in their den, and shooting swimming animals. All so his son can go out and have his ‘dream hunt’ in Alaska. The killing of mother animals and their cubs is how we drive animals to extinction faster than we already are. To repeal these acts is only to repeat the same actions we did when the first Americans hunted Buffalo down to about eleven in the entire country. 

To disrupt the balance of nature by killing mother bears, mother wolves, bear cubs, and wolf pups is to revert back in time once again. We have to keep pushing forward to have a less barbaric America, rules are needed when it comes to hunting or as I stated before. We will repeat the same mistake we made with the Buffalo. Yes, they did come back, but only after hunting them was prohibited. 

I know there are more pressing matters in the world right now but if we let up our sense of morality anywhere we could lose a lot. Creatures do not exist to be hunted out of existence, hunting is fine but this would just be outright slaughter.
