The misunderstanding of the dynamics surrounding the Border Crisis continue to perpetuate the narrative in Washington D.C. This current administration has previously had great success implementing the Family Case Management Act, a previous alternative to detention that was successfully implemented by ICE.

• 99.3% attended their immigration court hearings
• 99.4% attended their appointments with ICE
• Notably, FCMP was also effective in securing final removals
