Julie Swetnick is a third woman who has just publicly accused Bret Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct with a sworn affidavit dated September 25, 2018.

In the sworn affidavit she stated, "I attended well over ten house parties in the Washington, DC area during the years 1981- 1983 where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanugh were present.....I observed Bret Kavanaugh drink excessively at many of these parties and engage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls....I also witnessed girls...gang raped...I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room."

It is believe that Julie Swetnick is about 55 years of age. Born on or about 1960. During 1981 she was about 18 years of age. After 1973 the legal age in Maryland was 18 years of age to be considered an adult. The law had required an individual to report such conduct she had witness more than ten times. "A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or a fine not exceeding $10,000 or both." (See Md. FAMILY LAW Code Ann. § 5-705).
