Prison life without parole 21 and under should be reconsidered!

The Issue

Renyatta Hamilton is a young adult that was sentenced to life without parole at the Woman's Huron Valley Correctional Facility. At the time of her arrest Ms. Hamilton was only a teen and her brain wasn't fully developed to know what she was doing was not right. She thought at the time the guy she was dating loved her and she was only trying to show love back, be open and honest. However, at the time she didn't know what love was because she never recieved love from family or friends. She was a young girl taking care of herself and trying to survive. She was charged with multiple charges when she should have been charged with only one. Which should of been conspiracy. It was planned because Ms. Hamilton and her boyfriend at the time was texting to meet up with the young man Brown! It was not right for Renyatta to even bring Brown to her apartment knowing her boyfriend was there but when your young and  dumb your do anything for so called love. Renyatta was sentenced to life in prison without parole when she didn't pull the trigger on anyone, fight anyone or harm anyone. She set it up for Brown and her boyfriend to meet while Ms. Hamilton didn't know what type of mind set her boyfriend at the time was in. All I'm Demanding is to give her a chance to regain a second chance at life. Yes, she set it up for her boyfriend at the time Stewart and her friend at the time Brown to meet, but she didn't expect Stewart to pull out a gun and shoot Brown which caused death! So, honestly, would you sentence Renyatta to prison without parole?

I don't know who can make a change to give juvenile offenders another chance at life. But only the ones that have changed and not getting in fight in prison or tickets should be considered a second chance in court. People grow and people change. And young woman and man tend to make stupid decisions. But is it their fault or their parents. Babies, kids, children, and young adults are affected by their parents everyday and the state not doing anything to help but lock them up for life and just move on. So, what about the next young adults that's growing up and doing the same thing? As a union when need to come together to try to change their mindsets and see what we can do to make our city and states better.

I care because one-day when I have children I don't want them to attract to this society and cruel world! And I'm tired of seeing young adults and children suffering because we as an community is too selfish to help a helping hand! When they calling out for help! Step up, believe in second chances and CHANGE!
