Fools like Joe Rogan and Adam Conovor make the nonsense and disgusting claims that trophy hunting helps animals, when in reality it never does. The money spent on trophy hunting never goes to conservation- it instead goes to the corrupt hunting operators. Only 3 percent of revenue ever goes to the local communities. Trophy hunting is never sustainable - lobbyists manipulate animal populations to be larger than they really are, so that they can kill more of them. Trophy hunters weaken the gene pool by killing the biggest, and strongest animals, to make better trophies. 70% of hunting concessions in Tanzania are now devoid of wildlife, and more than 30% of hunting concessions in Zambia are empty of wildlife, meaning trophy hunters do not conserve anything.
