Mr. President, we are honored to present this petition to respectfully request the declassification of the file of civilian contractor Thomas Boyle who was killed in Afghanistan. We ask for your intervention in this matter as only you have the authority to take action.  We bring to your attention the corrupted entities involved in the cover-up of the true nature of Mr. Boyle's death and pray that by exposing these crimes that some form of justice will prevail and to ensure that this will never happen again. 

Thomas Boyle served this country throughout his entire life, volunteering with the USMC during the Vietnam War followed by a 32-year career with the Chicago Police Department.  After 911, Tom volunteered for various missions overseas as he was compelled once again to serve our great country.  These missions took Tom from Kosovo, then Iraq, and finally to Afghanistan when he was killed on June 19, 2012, during an attack at a remote FOB called Provincial Reserve outside Kandahar Afghanistan.  The circumstances of his death were never been fully explained to the family leaving many unanswered questions.  His widow and son were first told of a suicide vest detonation which later was changed to 3 gunshot wounds and after that changed to multiple gunshot wounds after the widow insisted on viewing the autopsy photos from AFME (Armed Forces Medical Examiner).  This progression resulted in 3 death certificates with 3 different causes of death.  Eventually, the family had Mr. Boyle's body exhumed and the independent autopsy documented more entrance wounds than exit, among many other discrepancies.  AFME has denied removing any metal fragments from the body of Thomas Boyle.  

Throughout the years his widow has relentlessly pursued various avenues to obtain the truth and has unmasked areas of corruption to include the military and careers of those in the military, defense contracting companies, the insurance industry, the Dept. of Labor and other law enforcement and intelligence agencies-all to obscure the murder of Thomas Boyle.  Ironic since Mr. Boyle was recruited by one of the alphabet agencies prior to this last deployment. His family was spied upon after his death, personal computers were hacked and movements and communications were monitored albeit illegally.  

We need you, President Biden, to intercede and provide the family of Thomas Boyle the truth they deserve.  We implore you to intervene as all other avenues have resulted in deception and stonewalling.  Only you have the authority as President of the United States to take the necessary action to declassify this file that will truthfully publicize the details of Thomas Boyle's death in Afghanistan and bring peace to his family.  Thank you for your consideration, Mr. President.
