CPT Christopher Dewayne Robertson’s multiple charges of violent crime were recently dropped including charges of Sexual Assault (3) , Domestic Violence (4) and one count of obstruction of justice.
His commander Brad Rank used to give information to Robertson on the victim including the time the victim and her children went to a safe house for safety.

Now this soldier will be getting away with no consequences or disciplinary action. This is a deep injustice and a failure on the military Court system. Military Jury found this CPT not guilty of all 9 charges. How can others who seek for justice trust a system that is rigged for the offender? We petition this decision to bring just to a victim he has stalked and preyed upon. We hope our petition does not stop towards the army but up towards the White House because more injustice maybe done and swept under the rug like this trial. Please spread the word and share this petition so we can get as much support we need to reach the White House or someone of congress who can bring this to light.
