If a person was 18 before the passing of the federal law changing the age limit for purchasing smoking products to 21, then they should be allowed to purchase smoking products still. If a counterclaim that it would be too hard to differentiate then the law should be changed all together back to 18 as the legal age. You can go and die for your country when you’re 18. You can live by yourself when you’re 18. But you can’t purchase smoking products while you’re 18? 18 year olds are still going to obtain what they want but now instead of going and getting it themselves they are having their older friends and even parents pick up what they want for them. The law does not make any difference other than take away a privilege of being 18.
