Remove U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill from his position as a U.S. district judge. Winmill's judgement in the case Edmo V. Corizon go completely against what the tax payers in Idaho want and should be liable for. The use of the 8th Amendment and claiming cruel and unusual punishment is ridiculous. Forcing tax payers to foot the bill for a convicted sex offender who is currently incarcerated is cruel and unusual punishment for the tax payers in the state of Idaho. I, and the other people that sign this petition do not deny the rights of Edmo to have gender confirmation surgery, but to put the burden of the costs on the citizens of Idaho is ridiculous and asinine. The judgment in the case can have an economic impact and cause an economic strain on the state of Idaho and the citizens of Idaho in future similar cases, not just for the state of Idaho and it's citizens, but can also radiate out to the entire country. Edmo should hold the financial responsibility for gender confirmation surgery and the tax payers should not.

Because Judge B. Lynn Winmill is ordering that the state must move forward with the gender confirmation surgery, I am putting in a motion of no confidence for Judge B. Lynn Winmill, and the people who sign this petition confirm this motion.
