I am petitioning for monetary compensation from the  U.S. Government and the Trump Administration for the violations of my human and civil rights through imposing racial injustice, financial and economic hardship through government involvement in education, home ownership, health and disease, genocidal laws enforced upon certain race and ethnic class of people, the imposition of violence from law Enforcement and all governmental authoritative organizations with the power to impose racial Injustice, domestic violence from police murders,  church bombings and Lynching of the past 500 years and it's economic disparity created thereof. Furthermore, I base these facts of racial injustice on a violent history of horrific acts of brutality and inhumane genocidal tactics. On this day and as an African-American man I hereby charge the United States of America and current Presidential Administration with Human Rights Violations stemming from and not limited to the enforcement of today's oppressive societal laws, images, and suggestive racially systemic ads. These horrifying acts of violence imposed rage from Slavery, Rape, Murder, Gator baiting of our young, BUCK BREAKING of our African American men, disenfranchising of the African-American, Falsely Imprisonment, Falsely tried and convicted because of race, etc... But most of all being denied our inalienable human rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Unfortunately for us the African American it has been the total and Dyer opposite resulting in the deaths of more African-Americans than there are the total population of all people currently living in this United States of America today.
