of course it tacky! this is not a celebratory moment or something to be giddy and cheerful and proud of. fighting and working against our president, and trying to destroy him with everything you have and then calling it a somber occasion and then signing something with individual and different pens (for each letter of your name) is first off something a President does - not speaker of the house and secondly handing out "souvinere" pens and for something for everyone to keep and doing it in a matter like your proud and think its a joke and something to celebrate and then topping it off with a Photo op. Is disgusting and it at that point is not somber at all. Its a MOCKERY! just like this whole sham of impeachment!
