The flight attendant death has sheds a solemn light on the airlines profession as front line workers. It underlines the risk to the airline members who continue to work as Essential Workers. Which includes the sustained periods of time in a confined space with ever-changing passenger have placed flight attendants, whose primary function is ensuring aircraft safety, on the front lines. In turn, the flight attendants have no way to hide from the virus.
Likewise, baggage handlers are also in the front lines handling passengers baggage, not knowing if a baggage is infected with the Coronavirus, then later on touching other passengers baggage to have it become infected with the Coronavirus, which eventually spreads to other passengers, whom spread across the United States after they have claim their baggage.
- The airline workers and all of us have been affected by COVID-19 in different ways. We have to work together as a country, and stop spread of Covid-19 known as Coronavirus. So lets slow the spread of the Coronavirus by closing down all United States airports and suspend all flights for a few weeks to keep airline workers safe, and to help the nation fight the spread of the virus.
