PETITION to stop rock and gravel mining expansion impacting Skyline Wilderness Park

PETITION to stop rock and gravel mining expansion impacting Skyline Wilderness Park
The Issue
Natural areas with miles of hiking trails are rare in Napa Valley. In south Napa, there is only one: Skyline Wilderness Park. This area allows us to lose ourselves in nature in a way that we simply cannot do in Alston Park or Westwood Hills. Additionally, people come from all over California to enjoy these trails in different ways. It is a legacy that we need to leave for our children and it is being threatened by adjacent mining interests that will flatten hills and destroy ecosystems.
