Dear President Trump,

Please accept our Petition for Change, demanding that our Citizen's Initiative Proposal be placed so that the Public can Vote it Up or Down.

There are 4 Main Demands;  

1.) Roll back the IRS Regulations to the time of Dwight D. Eisenhower, as they prevented the creation of Billionaires, keeping power balanced while forcing their excessive profits back into the Economy, creating Opportunities for everyone. Capitalism is a tool for any Society, not a Religion meant to justify greed and the impoverishment of others.

2.) Force Every Company that Owns Another, to Sell it, to its Employees. From Now on.. Because, from now on, we will need More Jobs, not Less. From now on, Forbid any Company from owning or buying any stock in any other Company. Leave Stock ownership to actual People.

3.) Use Taxes on these Sales (of Tens of THOUSANDS of Companies.. simple, straight forward INCOME) to Pay Off the National Debt and with the money left over, implement Senator Bernie Sanders' Economic Plan.

4.)  Reinstate and Vastly Improve the Fairness Doctrine, as described within the Text of the Petition, below.

Its important that we do this right now.. because inherited wealth has given FAR too much unchecked Power into the hands of family members (we all have them) who have no talent or compassion to be so entrusted (very similar to Royalty except that Royalty at least had an acknowledged obligation to a specific nation..).

Democracies that can no longer place Limits on personal power, are fast becoming something worse.  (In my high school history class, Italy -during WWII- was described as a "Fascist State" because Business "Leaders" controlled their government.)

Billionaires are controlling a majority of our U.S. Congress by selecting easily controlled candidates to parade before us.. and paying for political campaigns, but also by owning not only all of our Broadcast Media, but also all of our major Companies/Industries.  Streamlining "redundant" Jobs (consumers) steadily out of our economy with every new Merger or "Acquisition". 

We don't have to let them go on ruining our Nation as they have been.. we can demand that they SELL all of their Tens of THOUSANDS of Subsidiary Companies to the Employees, as that would be obviously Better for the Public (financing via "Public Bailout" instead of the Banks this time) so that the proceeds (50 Trillion? A Hundred?) can finally be TAXED as simple income. (Separated Companies will need Millions of new Employees again..)

Allowing us to pay off our $20+ TRILLION National DEBT (saving over 230bn per YEAR in Interest [and how ELSE can we ever afford to DO this?]).  Breaking their control not only of our U.S. Congress but also of everyone's income and opportunities.

We will do this by making use of a Federal "Citizens Initiative" calling for this use of the Eminent Domain Concept to benefit US, the Public, so that the Public can Vote on it, Up or Down in an Immediate Special Federal Election.

And Note that, as a Citizens Initiative.., it does NOT need to be approved by.. and cannot be Diluted by.. our corrupted, "gridlocked", U.S. Congress.

A Federal Level Citizens Initiative is Constitutional. Therefore, our President can make this happen with an Executive Order.

Simply Calling for this Action will have large positive benefits for our Nation by starting the discussion of a Solution to this democracy killing Problem.  Our Billionaire Puppets in the U.S. Congress, realizing that such a National Conversation might lead to great discomfort for themselves, may suddenly decide to Support such an Action.. rather than hope to become anonymous in whatever Career has been Promised them by their Patrons once they "retire" from Congress.

Citizen Initiative #1 (DRAFT)

Whereas Several hundred greedy citizens have conspired for Generations.. to Corrupt our U.S. Congress by populating a majority of it with easily controlled Puppets.. to avoid Taxation.. to allow them to Buy Control of 99% of our Media Companies and other Industries..

We the People Demand that, on January 1st, 2017, the IRS returns to using ONLY the Regulations in force during President Dwight D. Eisenhower's final quarter in Office. As those regulations contained the Maximum Graduated Tax Rates that our forefathers had discovered were absolutely necessary in order to guarantee Against Creating Billionaires. A class of unstable, unchecked or balanced, people inspired by nothing more than a desire for Power.. within the safe environment of Our Democracy.

(Where, somehow, this important reason for such Taxation was erased from our Public School Textbooks..)

AND..

Whereas Several hundred greedy citizens have conspired to Corrupt our U.S. Congress by flogging them Daily via Control of 99% of our Media Companies while steadily Diminishing the Incomes of 99% of U.S. Citizens, for Decades, via their Control of our other Industries..

We the People Demand that, on and after March 31st, 2017, Every Company that Owns any Shares of another Company be fined One Billion dollars per Day, (per Company Owned) by the Federal Government.

We the People Demand that Every Company that Owned another* on or after January 29th, 2016, be required to Acquire.. and then Sell 100% of those Shares to that Company's Employees at Fair Market Value, with Federal Guarantees of the Financing at a percentage rate of 3% or Less (disallowing employee sales of stock for a period of 5 years).

     (*To avoid encouraging Corporate Mischief, The "Owning Company" will be that one which owned the Most Shares at 5pm (EST) on January 29th, 2016, (prior to the start of this Petition). Wherever one or more Entities are Tied for that position, the responsibility will be shared equally.)

AND..

Whereas Several hundred greedy citizen Families.. have conspired to Poison our National News discourse, intended to Inform the Public, via their Ownership of 99% of our Media, but also due to the Loss of our Forefathers' carefully designed "Fairness Doctrine" (repealed by President Ronald Reagan in 1987) with its "Equal Time" Rule for any broadcast claims that citizens found simply "controversial"..  (protecting freedom of speech rights but making it impractical for Liars to pay to "broadcast" in any form, while still offering an avenue to the Public for those with honest but controversial ideas).

We the People Demand that, on March 21st, 2017, The Fairness Doctrine, repealed by President Ronald Reagan, be reinstated in its entirety.. and Improved to reflect our changing times.  That the FCC be properly Funded and empowered to License.. oversee, monitor and hold accountable EVERY Source of Broadcast information.. RECOGNIZING THAT THE MEANS USED TO BROADCAST TO THE PUBLIC ARE IRRELEVANT, BROADCASTING TO THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE KEPT TRUTHFUL, IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE THE ABILITY OF THE WEALTHY TO WRONGLY PIT ANY GROUP OF CITIZENS AGAINST ANY OTHER.. to insure that "Fairness" was applied to the content.. in an effort to keep the Public, in all its vast complexity of diverse cultures, rigorously informed with the Important Truths of each Day.. as well as analysis of any trends that may lead to serious problems for any Group of Citizens.

We the People also Demand that, on March 21st, 2017, the FCC be properly funded and empowered to not only License, Monitor.. and Rate ALL Public Polling Services for accuracy & competence, but also to use the Three Top Rated Agencies to determine which Broadcast NEWS Companies, regardless of venue, were creating the Least Well Informed segments of the Public.. and REMOVE their License(s) to Operate such a business. With the additional Power to FINE such Companies One BILLION dollars per day for operating such a business Without Such a License from the FCC.

The TIME for these ideas have COME.  If we do this, control of the U.S.A. will return to its people once again.. with personal pay rates unlocked.. due to widespread competition for our Labor once more.. we will stop existing as a DEBTOR Nation as we have been for Decades now.. for reasons no one can explain, much less justify.. wasting tax dollars on huge, never ending Interest Payments.

If we don't do this.. things will limp along as they have been for decades. Getting a little worse each year, until we Suddenly.. go BANKRUPT as a Nation.. OR finally stand UP and do this.    So.. why not now? 

Sooner or later, we WILL choose to do this.. because it solves too many problems we know need to be solved.. and every time we are forced to consider these problems we will now be reminded that we finally, DO have a Solution.
