Don't Revoke the Parole Status of Ukrainian Refugees in the United States

The Issue

Dear President Trump:

As citizens of the great United States of America, we urge you not to revoke, at any time in the near future, the parole status of the 350,00 Ukrainians who fled to the United States after their country was attacked and invaded by Russia. Revoking their parole status would put them in very real danger of deportation back to their country. Such an action by our government could very well be a repeat of the shameful behavior of the US State Department toward European Jews during the 1930s. These Ukrainians returning to Ukraine would possibly face death at the hands of the Russians. We ask you not to let this happen.
