MHF BAN: Sat 1/20 is a pinnacle moment- we need you!

We need your presence at the AQMD meeting this Saturday, January 20th. This is our plea for a serious show of support. WHAT YOU CAN DO: 1. Come Early 8AM (meeting starts promptly at 9am): ​ Holiday Inn GateWay 19800 S. Vermont Torrance, CA 9​0502 We will be making a show of support with signs before the meeting. Join us! 2. ​Wear a black​ shirt. We will provide a TRAA button, and small signs for waving during the meeting. Just find us when you arrive. Find Steve Goldsmith, he will be your welcome committee. We will sit together, you won't be alone! ​3. Post this on facebook, twitter, nextdoor, instagram etc. and forward to your email network. 4. ​Call your friends and tell them to join you. (Make a day of it! Grab lunch after!). ​5. If you are attending the Women's March in downtown LA, use this meeting as a jumping off point. It is a perfect meet up place and a great start to your day of activism! Environmental protections are an important human right. ​6. If you'd like to marching locally: There are also many local Women's Marches, such as the Southbay Women's March which would allow you to act locally (twice! AQMD & Women's March), while thinking globally. This is a pinnacle moment in our fight - we need you!
