Don't Let Local Gov't Ignore the Abandoned & Dying Dogs in Kern County, CA

The Issue

There is a CRISIS in Bakersfield, CA/Kern County that is being IGNORED. Dogs and puppies are being dumped daily in desolate fields, left to die. They are starving or freezing to death, being hit by cars, shot, and eaten by coyotes. Local Government/Animal Services needs to HEAR US and they need to HELP! Please make your voices heard!
