We are a group of Hong Kong actors and performers. For a long time Hong Kong had been one of the most vibrant film industries in Asia, bringing numerous cinema/TV/advertising classics and performers loved by many around the world.

我哋係一班香港演員同表演者。長久以來，香港一直有亞洲數一數二蓬勃嘅影視行業，帶來無數電影、電視、廣告經典以及受世人喜愛嘅演員。

Today we are horrified to our version of dystopian reality when Television Broadcasts Limited(TVB), Hong Kong's largest broadcaster, created an entire series using AI generative technologies. Alongside several other projects such as AI avatar as TV hosts and an all-AI pageant planned. Immediately we feel our livelihoods are under serious threat.

今日我哋對電視廣播有限公司（ TVB ）以人工智能生成技術製作一整套劇集《在我心中，你是獨一無二》感到震驚。身為香港最大嘅大眾廣播機構，TVB本身匯聚眾多演藝人才，卻仍然選擇採用AI電視主持同埋舉辦全 AI 選美比賽。呢啲危險先例都令我哋覺得生計受到嚴重威脅。

Without our own industry union, there are no gatekeepers to reduce the impact of rise in AI generative technologies. Our fear is that if this became a trend, our line of work, alongside many others in film & TV, would become extinct in the near future.

香港並無影視演員工會，無人去為我們面對人工智能生成技術崛起帶來的影響去把關。我哋擔心嘅係，如果AI成為一個行業趨勢，我哋一班演員，以及影視其他範疇的同業，都會喺不久嘅將來絕種。

We are pleading you to sign this petition in solidarity, and pledge that:

我哋懇求各位簽署呢份請願書，以示團結，並承諾：

1. I will reject all contents generated by AI technologies; 我會拒絕所有由人工智能技術產生嘅內容；
2. I support legal guidelines to be in place for the use of AI generative technologies in broadcasting and advertising to protect human livelihoods, such as labelling all AI content, banning its use to replace human likeness; 我支持制定法律指引，喺廣播同廣告中使用人工智能生成技術，以保護人類生計(如清晰標示AI生成內容以資識別、禁止AI取代人類演員)；
3. I support legal guidelines to be in place for the commercial use of human likeness in Hong Kong; 我支持香港要立法保護商業肖像權；
4. I am in support for a tax to be introduced for broadcasting or publicly displaying AI-generated content; 我支持政府就廣播或公開展示人工智能生成內容徵收稅項；
5. I am demanding TVB to retract and shelf their AI generated series indefinitely. 我要求 TVB 無限期擱置 AI 生成劇集《在我心中，你是獨一無二》。
