Don't densify quiet suburban streets of family homes near schools

Our neighbourhood has LOTS of trees in the gardens of family homes.
Residents and our Council would like to preserve this, but the WA Planning Commission in October 2017 proposed amendments to the Nedlands Council's Draft Town Planning Scheme which would destroy the neighbourhood.
We are calling on the WA Planning Commission (with this delivered to them by Max Hipkins, Mayor of Nedlands)
- to revert from Commercial to Residential those areas of Stirling Hwy which Council's draft showed as Residential;
- to lessen the encroachment of higher density into quiet suburban streets near schools; and
- to keep higher density associated with the QEII/UWA Specialized Activity Zone in the area designated for it in the "Directions 2031" Planning Document.
