Lucy's Law was enacted in England 6 April 2020 but never enforced. Now Lucy's Law should be introduced in all UK particularly Northern Ireland which is hub of horrendous industrial puppy farming. RSPCA, SSPCA, USPCA etc should be much more proactive in shutting down these horrendous industrial breeding centres and the greedy owners. Please share with your MP and friends.
