It is a matter of utmost gravity for the entire Indian Nation and requires a serious intervention, in the workings of the lower courts of India as Each and Every Man is facing prejudice against the women in the courts of India.

The women of India are enjoying a privileged status in the courts of India and are able to exercise their gender clout in the court rooms and sadly the judges are favoring them by passing orders in their favor ir-respective of whether they deserve any favorable order or not. 

The Men on the other hand have to prove not once but 100 times their case to even get heard by the Hon'ble Judges, as they are considered to be stronger sex , it does not mean that they are criminals and all men in courts are offenders of DV act or HMA or  498a or Maintenance Matters.

The Hon'ble Judges get so much influenced by hearing the women's pleadings that they do not even give an opportunity to the Men to defend themselves or argue in their own favor.

The situation is so grim that lacs of Indian Men are committing suicide because of orders passed by the Hon'ble Judges against them , not because of the proofs available with the women BUT only because they are Men and supposed to be stronger , only because Men are Discriminated in the Indian court rooms. 

Each and Every Man dragged in Courts of India is feeling alienated by the Hon'ble Judges at the time of passing orders.

Questions of LAW

1.       Even if the Women is at mistake, is the Man only to be blamed. Is this Equality ? 

2.       Even if the Women is capable of Earning, is the Man only to maintain her. Is this Equality ?

3.       Even if the child is born out of mutual co-habitation the Man is refused the meeting rights. Is this Equality ?

4.       Even if the Women has done a love marriage and no dowry has exchanged hands. The Man and his family are criminals. Is this Equality ?

5.       Even if the Women is earning. The Man is ordered to maintain his women. Is this Equality ?

6.       Even if the Women is physically or mentally stronger than the Man. The Man is blamed for Domestic Violence. Is this Equality ?

7.       Even if the Women has filed fraudulent complaints to police or in courts. Her complaints are registered without asking for any proof. The Men are harassed for many years by the Women in the courts, just because the Hon'ble Judges accepted the Women's complaint without any stringent pre-summoning evidence. Is this Equality ?

PRAYER

1. The Chief Justice of India is prayed to pass a Standing Order to all lower courts of India, to have a stringent pre-summoning evidence before even accepting the complaints cases in Domestic Violence Act or Dowry Complaints i.e 498A or Maintenance Petitions u/s 125 of CRpc or Divorce Petitions of HMA and check whether the Women have been able to prove a strong prima facia case against their Men.

2. Pass a standing order to penalize the Investigating Officer , SHO and the alleging wife , in case her case is proved as false. this will decrease the chances of rampant filing of false cases against the men and would deter the women to come forward with her false allegations.

I request all the ‘Men of India’ and ‘NRI’s’ married to Indian Women to support this petition wholeheartedly and sign and share this petition.
