The 'City Of Bones' adaptation of The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare was something that all TMI fans complained about. Because it was not that accurate and a lot of scenes were different than the book.

Not long after that, we were presented with the the TV series 'Shadowhunters', expecting it to be more accurate than the movies.

Sadly, the TV show was the most inaccurate representation of the books and very disappointing to the die-hard TMI fans. On comparison, the movie was the closest accurate representation that we would to The Mortal Instruments series. 

Almost all the fans agree that the movie was better than the TV show. We aren't requesting to cancel the show. Just a better adaptation in form of the movie. 

Every book deserves to have a well-made movie / book series, but the TMI fans (also called Shadowhunters) are getting neither.

So, we would like to suggest a movie adaptation, again, for the book series.  The cast of the previous movie was the (almost) an ideal cast, especially Lily Collins (Clary Fray) and Jamie Campbell (Jace Herondale) 

If this request reaches the directors and producers of the movies, we might witness better ones in the future.
