Almost a year ago, when we tested the products they sell for toxic chemicals, we found a disturbingly high number tested positive for lead, phthalates, and polyvinyl chloride at potentially dangerous levels. So far, 99 Cents Only has failed to protect its customers or even respond to this study -- so we’re taking the issue, and your petition, to their headquarters.
