DOJ: Prosecute Dr. Fauci and Hold Him Accountable
The Issue
For years, Dr. Anthony Fauci had huge power over America’s COVID response, and people were told to trust him without question. But public health became deeply politicized with Fauci at the center of many of the biggest fights. People who questioned arbitrary COVID policies were attacked, canceled, censored online and in real life, and in some cases even lost their jobs. As the fighting grew, trust in our public health agencies fell apart. No government official should be above tough questions. Congress must get the truth about what Fauci knew, what he said, and what happened behind closed doors, because the American people deserve honest answers.
And now, Fauci is refusing to answer.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) must prosecute Dr. Fauci for contempt of Congress and investigate allegations that he made false statements and mishandled official records.
On July 29, 2026, Fauci appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and pleaded the Fifth more than 100 times. On August 6, the committee voted 8–5 to hold him in contempt of Congress and sent the matter to the Justice Department.
I built Culture Apothecary around asking the questions people are already thinking, even when those questions are uncomfortable or controversial. I believe Americans deserve the information they need to make their own decisions about their health, their families, and their lives. I’ve taken these concerns directly to Washington — addressing the U.S. Senate on America’s health crisis and, more recently, meeting with the President and senior White House officials to make sure Americans’ health concerns are heard.

Americans have waited long enough for answers. They deserve accountability — and that’s why I started this petition.
There are serious questions about Fauci’s previous sworn testimony, too. In 2024, Fauci told Congress he had not deleted emails or records related to the Wuhan lab or the origins of COVID. But records later uncovered by the Senate show Fauci instructing Francis Collins and his own chief of staff to delete emails after reading them.
His former senior adviser, David Morens, has since been federally indicted on charges involving the alleged concealment and destruction of COVID-era government records.
And new documents released by Congress are raising more questions. They include private COVID-era messages such as Fauci’s Slack and email exchanges with top NIH and CDC officials about vaccine guidance and internal uncertainty, as well as brief discussions of miscarriage risk. These messages raise questions about what officials were saying behind closed doors compared to what the public was told.
Americans lived through lockdowns that kept children out of classrooms for years, vaccine mandates that cost people their jobs, and shifting guidance that upended daily life and livelihoods. They deserve accountability from the officials who helped shape that response.
Fauci should not get to demand the public’s trust for years and then refuse to answer Congress when that trust is questioned.
DOJ has the contempt referral and the evidence. It is time to act.
Signed,
