It is not OK to keep a dog tethered outside 24/7/365! They need to run and play and learn how to be a dog. They need to be socialized! Just having a dog house and bowl of food and water is not enough!! 

Right now it's ok per NC laws.

A sweet dog spent his life on a chain (tether) tied to a tree. He lost his life today 4/2/22 on that very same chain. He was attacked and killed by 2 stray dogs!! He didn't have a chance!

We can make a difference for these furbabies tethered forever!!
