As a student/resident of UAlbany, and owner of a service dog on campus, I have the unique opportunity to observe the high population of Dogs on campus. 

As a result, most lean on the "indian pond trail" or numerous sports fields as a means to gain proper exercise. 

I purpose as UAlbany's construction team updates the grounds, that a "Great Dane Dog Park" be placed on the grounds. Not only to benifit our furry friends, but to relieve the sport fields of the animal population - so they can be used as designed.
