This Item is placed in the same chests as amazing items such as the Fightsabre, Gundromeda Strain, Seven-Leaf-Clover, Dragunfire, Bullet Bore, and many other great items, which single-handedly can guarantee you a successful run. I made this petition to remove the Heart Of Ice from the higher quality chests, to make Enter The Gungeon so much more enjoyable.
