We, the Dock Street Workers, demand negotiations as a collective. 

We have made repeated attempts to have negotiations before reaching the conclusion that we needed to picket. Despite being at the picket line for days, we still have not heard any word from ownership. 

We are so thankful for our community that has stood by us through boycott, financial donation to our strike fund, emails, and honks. By signing this petition you are standing by us again and it truly means the world to us. We miss serving this community and can't wait til we can be serving pizza and beers again. 

Once we reach the negotiating table we will discuss who will be returning to work without needing to reapply or re-interview; hazard pay and better pay moving forward for both BOH and FOH (at least a $15 hourly wage); a commitment to our safety during a global pandemic that includes adequate PPE, adequate sick pay, an agreed upon method of service that keeps us safe; no retaliation for our organizing efforts; a removal of police and all policies that ask workers to call police.

Our community deserves better.

We deserve better.

We deserve a living wage.

We deserve our safety being a priority.
