The Safety and Security at Dobbies Milngavie softplay is appalling. My children and many others have escaped from it and ran around the cafe and garden centre. Members of staff have had to bring kids back to the soft play. Nobody should be handling our children. Anybody could be in the garden centre and potentially kidnap these children.

I have emailed on several occasions on behalf of other parents but not got a response on the issues and concerns raised. No actions have yet been taken either.

Some examples is the automatic door being too slow and over sensitive. The play area being so close to the door.
