Hello petitioners! I wanted to say thank you for voting in the midterms. We have some wonderful new people in our state legislature that are going to help us legalize cannabis. I started to put newcomers from the state house and state senate on the list. So when you sign it it will be sent to these incumbents and newly elected officials. We are trying to hit the goal of 7,500 signatures and we could really use your help by sharing this with your friends on social media and spreading our movement to others around you. We must make our voices heard, but we have to be LOUD! Remember, after legalization happens the fight is not over. We must also make sure the bill that calls for legalization will be enacted and not neglected. For example,  Massachusetts legalized cannabis two years ago. There is still yet to be really any progress at all due to self-interest and corruption. We must keep these politicians on their feet by calling their offices, telling them to support bills, and make them accountable if they fail to legislate but not enforce it.
