For all Connecticut citizens living in Congressional District 2 which includes Hartford County, Middlesex County, New Haven County, New London County, Tolland County, and Windham County, that Connecticut Cannabis Reform Association has endorsed Green Party candidate Michelle Louise Bicking for Congress. Her party platform clearly states her intent to legalize recreational cannabis if elected. This gives us a fighting chance to make a difference. CCRA strongly urges everyone to vote Bicking for Congress on November 6th.

 “I support immediate declassification, decriminalization, and regulation of all forms of cannabis including industrial hemp. I believe that the barriers to entry – specifically the costs associated with applying for a marijuana dispensary license in the state – should be removed to encourage more participation by small, minority-owned and veteran business owners. I also believe that industrial hemp production could serve as a major untapped revenue source as the demand for American made hemp-based products has remained astronomically high over the last decade.” - Bicking
