Our kids deserve the BEST, yet our district is on a troubling path, driven into the ground by Superintendent Bridges and the current board. His leadership has consistently shown a disregard for the fundamental needs of our students and teachers. District 203 should be a shining beacon of educational excellence, prioritizing the well-being and future of its young learners above all else. 

Superintendent Bridges has repeatedly failed to demonstrate the student and teacher-first approach that our district so desperately needs. Under his tenure, we've witnessed a decline in student performance, a decrease in teacher morale, mounting debt and a lack of transparent communication with parents and community members. These issues not only hinder the present but jeopardize the future success of our children.

It is imperative for the D203 School Board to take immediate action by not renewing Superintendent Bridges' contract. Instead, the board should focus on finding a leader who champions students and teachers, who listens to the voices of parents, and who commits to fostering an inclusive, high-standard educational environment.

Our community deserves leadership that thrives on transparency, dedication, and a proven track record of putting students and teachers first.
