This is just one image of stray dogs having their usual everyday dinner party in the basement car park of my housing society. The video are even more scary!

There have been numerous instances of these packs of stray dogs snarling dangerously or attacking  residents who park their car in the basement. Some attacks have resulted in serious accidents to residents especially the aged and the infirm!

Does this situation play out in your residential societies as well? Do residents of your housing societies feel threatened by rapidly proliferating stray dogs, to whom the SC has provided a legal armour? Are residents in your society living in perennial fear of being attacked by stray dogs?
