DO NOT LET WOTR GET THEIR BIRDS BACK!!

The Issue

They have been shut down already by HSUS and do NOT need to be able to do this again. The conditions were bad enough for HSUS to seize birds and shut them down!! Do we really need them to do it again? NO.
