We are writing to the people on this site asking for help in the case of Daniel Sergeevich Oliynyk, born on 29.08.1976, also known by his nickname "Wasp Killer".

At the moment, Daniil is in custody in an Italian prison in Imperia on the request of a Ukrainian politician to Interpol. He outlined the whole situation in a letter from prison (1 page​, 2 page​, 3 page​, 4 page). The fact is that the initiator of the search is Valentin Kopayev, a man who was involved in corruption, as well as in many dirty cases, besides getting his position in the Interior Ministry for a bribe, but who soon lost his position because of a corruption scandal. From this we can understand that this person is not law-abiding and his interest in Daniel is only personal and selfish. And given the high level of corruption in Ukraine, it is clear that it will not be difficult to put him on the wanted list and falsify documents and evidence against Daniil. Kopayev refers to the Wasp KIller Store channel, but the fact is that this channel is designed to help people find their cars, because anyone could have asked to put up an ad. The opportunity to negotiate with a criminal is a lifesaver for many, as there is a chance of not seeing their car at all. 

Talking about Daniel as a person, it's no exaggeration to call him a Man with a capital letter of the word, who has served time for his past and has rethought his life and started a family. Now, he helps people who have had their cars stolen and also teaches safety in the matter, helping to prevent car theft. At any time, you can write to him and he will always help even a stranger, not only in matters of theft, but from the height of his rich life experience to give advice, guidance. I remember well how he used to spend a lot of time talking to young people, warning them against prison, telling them how life was going on there, thus making many people think about their life path.

In addition, back in January this year, Daniel received an offer of a bribe to "solve" his issue. The correspondence can be seen in the screenshot. It says a lot about who exactly is in charge of his case.

Shortly before his arrest, he also received threats from Nikolai Cheshko, a private detective who had long ago accused Daniil of having links to gangs, but with no evidence he could do nothing. 

We ask you to draw maximum attention to this situation and to revoke the extradition, because in Ukraine, firstly, because of hatred towards Daniil, there will be no fair trial, moreover, knowing these people, his life will also be in danger. And secondly, Daniil is not a citizen of Ukraine! These people will stop at nothing in pursuit of the massacre of their enemy. There is not even a hint of fair justice here, please draw maximum attention before it is too late. Please also spread the word wherever you can - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
