We, the current users of twitter, are signing this petition to the SEC and the DOJ, asking them to block the sale of twitter to Elon Musk.

We firmly believe that, if twitter is owned by Elon Musk, he will use the guise of "free speech" to allow it to become an unsupervised, "Wild West" type of  breeding ground for another... possibly even more violent... January 6th style attack on the United States government in support of twice-impeached & potentially criminally liable former president Donald Trump and his extremist ideology.

INSURRECTIONS ARE NOT PATRIOTIC. 

The people who commit these crimes are dangerously brainwashed by the same type of psychological manipulation used by cults around the world. And, if he buys twitter, we believe that Elon Musk will allow anyone from anywhere to say anything at any time without regard for public safety. 

We believe that Elon Musk wants to own twitter in order to allow the platform to be used once again by persons who were previously banned for life for spreading dangerous misinformation, propaganda from America's enemies, and encouraging violence. 

We believe that Elon Musk wants to own twitter in order to control & manipulate the outcome of the 2022 midterm elections and the 2024 presidential election. (He has a history of silencing pro-union organizers at his company, Tesla, using authoritarian techniques that violate people's rights.) 

We are signing this petition today to ask the SEC and the DOJ to REJECT ELON MUSK'S BID TO BUY TWITTER.
