Remove (convicted) Rep. Chaka Fattah as a super delegate.
On June 22, 2016, U.S. Representative Chaka Fattah (D. Penn.), was convicted of bribery. He is not planning on stepping down until October, yet he is still a superdelegate, who has pledged to support Hillary Clinton. Convicted criminals should not be given the power to appoint Democratic presidential candidates, especially one who is under FBI investigation. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/23/us/politics/congressman-convicted-of-bribery-will-step-down-in-october.html?_r=0
