Help me make #Change

I cant get an appointment close to me nor can I stand in line.  Help me invoke changes 

Recently, I found myself in a predicament that many others may also be facing renewing my driver's license (which I wouldn’t have even remembered had the postcard not  come in the mail) the last renewal was last time I even looked at my license). The current system only allows online renewals every other renewal period.

This means that I must physically go to the DMV office and wait in line - (as appts are hit and miss and only in the AM) something that is near impossible given my caregiving responsibilities without lining up a barrage of ppl and having them juggle their schedules as well. That being said even then a time cannot be given as to how long it will take. (Have your papers and cash in hand people geez!)

Added bonus these agencies are notoriously difficult to reach by phone. In any other job setting, such lack of responsiveness would not be tolerated so this helps them as much as us (story is same basically whoever/wherever I ask).  
If those of us (who have no issues and those beginners and restrictive or new licenses for travel or additional paperwork needed) could  renew online would that not be helpful?  

This situation highlights an urgent need for change in our system - we only ask to be able to renew online for driver's licenses (every 5-8 years however that works). All other issues can be addressed in the facility.  It seems we are so behind so many other states in this process. SC itself has at least 4 ways to renew that I saw. If it could benefit us all why not help me get a voice out there. 

What does it hurt to support each other? All they can say is NO and come election time we try again.  We have to stand for something or we’ll fall for anything! #StrongerTogether
