Just as the United States Postal Service is a national treasure, so is American icon & jazz great Dizzy Gillespie. The stamp will help educate the public about Dizzy’s existence. Dizzy’s stamp, will help make a difference as a new edition to other USPS jazz stamps and it will bring awareness to the American art form of jazz.
