Varlo Davenport was unfairly terminated from his position as a tenured professor at Dixie State University. He was exonerated of the complaint filed against him by a panel of his peers, but that decision was then overruled by the President of the University without due process or cause. Varlo is a respected and much loved professor, who has influenced the lives of his students in immeasurable ways. He has served the University and the theatre community in Southern Utah for 15+ years and deserves ethical treatment and due process.
