Any suggestions on "how to amend the Trustees Act"

I received the School Trustees roles and responsibilities under the Education Act. 218.1 (e) uphold the implementation of any board resolution after it is passed by the board. So, there was no way they could vote otherwise. What I could not find was a way to appeal or have them re-examine a decision. Our law courts have an appeal process and if new evidence is found, then a re-trial. There are so many of you out there with expertise of this sort. We need your brain power and your advice.
