We would like to have Officer Terence Sutton and Officer Wilson removed from the 4th District. We believe that these officers are a threat to our community and must be stopped with their antagonizing behavior.

Officer Wilson was out of his police cruiser without his service weapon and we have a video of this incident. Officer Sutton pulled over a car of black males and asked the driver for license and registration it was presented and then the driver was asked to step out the car without probable cause.

These Officers use their badge as power and they must be stopped. These officers were involved in a chase with Karon Hylton which resulted in his death. We ask that members of our community sign this petition to have these officers removed before someone else is hurt. Karon Hylton grew up in our community and has had several incidents with these officers.

We have several videos of these two officers violating individuals. Officer Wilson and Officer Sutton are both currently under investigation for sexual assault on a male who they entered the home on a search less warrant meaning they were not suppose to search him and did so inappropriately.

These two officers must be stopped and we have to do it as a community! So I'm asking everyone take the time and sign this petition! The one with the white shirt is their supervisor and he is in one of the videos allowing them to harass the individuals in the car. In all the videos no arrest were made.
