As bad as Domestic Abuse is in South Texas, Animal Cruelty is even worse, and even less reported. We need our law enforcement agencies and prosecutors to start taking Animal Cruelty seriously. There are tens of thousands of devoted animal advocates in the Rio Grande Valley and we demand action for the countless dogs, cats, horses, etc. who are mistreated and tortured on a daily basis by RGV criminals who have heretofore gotten away with it! We will raise our voices as loud as we can until this basic right of living creatures is satisfied!!!
