Max ended up Clayton county shelter !
His owners were frantically looking for him as it seems he got loose.

Georgia. 7 months old, got out of yard, shot by Neighbor. unprovoked no attack just shot him head and back ( to kill) taken to shelter vet by AC. they operated a little no antibiotics, a rescue came in to get him they did, then AC made the m return max to owner who could not afford the vet care so relinquished back to the rescue and thats where we are today. Max was put on antibiotics immediately but rushed to ER FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE today Saturday.,,signs of paralysis and renal failure terrible situation.

FINAL UPDATE: Max could not sustain life with his severe injuries as a Bullet punctured his stomach...a raging infection, multiple compounding issues..and it was decided to HUMANELY end his suffering as per his vet care experts. Sad to say he is gone. Take a minute to light a candle.. Thank the rescue for trying and hug your dogs tonight and make sure they are safe at all times when they are in your care~
