We need harsher punishment in Oswego County for anyone who kills or harms an animal.  The District Attorney should have a heart when it comes to this and not let anyone enter plea deals to get off on a lesser charge.  They should be put in jail for a long long time. There is no reason to harm any animal unless you are an animal yourself!  Anyone that harms an animal is a waste of the human race and are considered a killer. The sicko that let the dog lick the heroin and then died is a perfect example of why there should be BIGGER punishments! And for the poor animals that are abused everyday that we see on the news or on the side of the road left for dead or the animals that are lost and nobody claims them, there is no excuse for this!  We need to be their voice!  Please sign this petition to let them know we are not taking these crimes lightly!
